Our flagship facility located in Bolingbrook, Illinois was designed to consolidate our transportation and warehouse operations. We initiated this process by taking occupancy of our new facility in June 1998. It is located 30 miles Southwest of downtown Chicago and accessible by a full interchange at Route 53 in the Bolingbrook/Romeoville area. We are minutes from I-55, I-355, I-80 and I-294.

Constructed as a single tenant build to suit we designed this facility to our own specific requirements and placed throughput capacity and dense storage capabilities high on the list. Historically we have used overflow satellite facilities in the park as necessary and are always considering additional geographic sites as specific customer needs dictate.
